The Berkeleys' home is a large but comfortable place that's been left open and airy. There are two master's suites on either side of the house. One belongs to Antony Berkeley, the man who owns half of Maui, and he shares it with his young girlfriend. The other is slept in by Antony's son, Jace. Both have exits out to a nice pool area with beautiful landscaping surrounding it and an outdoor kitchen. The rest of the house has a very Hawaiian look to it, tile floors and brightly painted walls. A nice big kitchen that it usually occupied by a cook during the day sits near the front of the house. Off of it is a fine dining room with seating for six. Here the family joins for most meals as the Berkeleys are surprisingly close, despite the odd family dynamic. The only other room in the house that is ever actually used is a nice living room. Its tile floors are covered in nice Hawaiian rugs and all the furniture is either leather or an exotic indigenous wood.

This house has two master bedrooms and both have a small balcony with a table and chair on each. Connecting these rooms is a large bathroom. Other than these bedrooms there are 3 others which have small bathrooms inside each. The living is very simple but yet elegant, one wall in the living room is just glass that has a perfect view of the beach. Next to that is the dining room which isn't used much so therefore it is very plain and dull. There is a huge kitchen which is very brightly colored and most of the time thats where people eat. Throughout the home there are pictures and paintings on every wall with small end tables underneath each. The backyard has a small bar which is used for parties, and a in ground pool with chairs and tables around it.

This stunning beach house has a master bedroom that opens up to a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The master bathroom has a bubblejet tub. There are three other bedrooms besides the master all throughout the house, each having its own bathroom. The bedroom in the basement is for Jethro's parents but the other two are open to all company. There is a kitchen with a breakfast area that connects to the dining room and a large dining table. The living room has the essentials and the hallways are long and winding. The downstairs is finished and opens up onto the beach, great for parties.

The master bedroom is painted a light blue with a wooden floor. There's French doors that lead to a balcony. On the balcony there is a small round table and chairs. The room has a king sized bed, two dressers, a small glass table with two chairs, and a vanity, and a walk in closet. The guest bedrooms consist of a single bed, a wooden dresser with a mirror, a night stand, a floor lamp, and a glass table. The master bathroom has a shower and his and her sinks. The room is tan with tan tiling to match. The guest bathrooms consists of a bath tub/shower, a basket, and scented candles. The living room has a white wrap around coach with red pillows. The rug is white with a red throw rug underneath a glass table. Theres a floor lamp, a white love seat, a white chair with a red pillow, a glass vase with fake red flowers, a flat screen TV, and candles. The dining room has a wooden table that seats six, matching chairs, a china closet, buffet table, and a glass wall facing the outside. The kitchen has an island with a stove, two chairs, and a wall filled with cabinets. The family room is very basic, it simply has a love seat with a TV. Kayla's office has a white wooden desk with a computer, white wooden shelves and cabinets, a love seat, a TV, and a bunch of records hanging up.

A large home for one person, but he likes being able to have the space. The largest room is the corridor when you walk into the house, the living winding off to the left and dining room off to the right. Straight ahead and to the left a little you can see the entrance to the kitchen, also in the far right corner of the large entrance, there is a small room which is Annie's bedroom. A large staircase leads up to a balcony sort of landing, leading off to a gym and toilet, up another few steps to the next floor there is another bathroom, a guest room attached to it on it's left. The master bedroom to the right of the bathroom and straight behind another room, which is a storage room. There are more stairs, leading to another floor but much smaller to the others, a bathroom to the left, only a small one, another bedroom and then Damien's study next to the staircase.
